Everyrig.Everylap.Live.
GridMagik is the software running the sim-racing floor at Sim Gaming Expo 2026. One QR per rig. Real-time booking across every booth. Clean-lap leaderboards on every screen.
At a glance
One platform running the entire racing floor.
Booking
QR-first
Every rig on the floor gets its own QR card. One scan opens the booking page for that exact rig — no app, no account.
Capture
Auto-telemetry
A rig-agent on every PC reads iRacing telemetry in real time and submits laps directly — no manual scoring.
Ranking
Clean laps only
Incidents don't count. Leaderboards rank drivers by their fastest clean lap — per event, per track, and all-time.
Displays
Live TV mode
Booth screens and common-area displays run a full-screen leaderboard feed that updates the instant a lap lands.
The flow
Scan. Book. Compete. Glory.
Four steps. Same across every booth at Sim Gaming Expo 2026.
Scan the QR.
Every rig on the expo floor has its own QR card. Point your phone camera at it — the booking page for that exact rig opens in the browser. No app. No account.
Book your time.
Pick an open slot, drop your name, car, and phone number. You get an SMS the moment you're on deck and another when the rig is yours.
Compete on the sim.
The operator checks you in and assigns the rig. The rig-agent streams every lap from iRacing telemetry — incident counts, lap times, cleanliness — all captured automatically.
Glory on the leaderboard.
Your fastest clean lap lands on the event leaderboard and the TV feed instantly. If you're top of the board at close, you're taking hardware home.
A day at the expo
The floor, end to end.
GridMagik doesn't just run a single booth. It threads through every rig, every vendor, and every screen on the expo floor — so an attendee's day moves between booths without ever restarting.

Per-rig booking
One QR. One rig. One queue.
Each rig on the floor has its own QR card. Scanning it opens the booking page for that specific rig, on that specific sim, with that specific vendor. Slots are displayed in 15-minute blocks; booth operators check drivers in at session time.

Clean laps only
The fastest clean lap wins.
Every lap captured by the rig-agent carries an incident count straight from iRacing. Laps with any incident are shown but excluded from ranking — only clean laps make the leaderboard. No contested wins, no operator judgment calls.
- Event board per vendor, track board across the expo, all-time board across every GridMagik-powered event.
- Full-screen TV mode for booth and main-hall displays.
- Driver name, car, and lap time captured on every row — no manual entry from the booth.
Three boards. One lap.
Rolled up across the whole expo.
A clean lap submitted from any rig shows up on three boards at once: the vendor's booth, the event-wide board for Sim Gaming Expo, and the all-time board across every GridMagik-powered event. One system binds the floor together.
Booth board
Your vendor. Your rigs.
Every vendor gets a board scoped to their own rig pool. Branded with their logo and colors. Runs on the screen behind the booth.
Event board
Across the expo.
Every lap from every booth rolls up into the Sim Gaming Expo 2026 board, per track. One attendee can climb it without knowing which booth's rig they just raced on.
All-time board
Every GridMagik-powered event.
Clean laps from every GridMagik-powered event carry forward into an all-time board per track and car class. Yesterday's fast lap still holds up tomorrow.
One submission
A single clean lap lights up all three boards the moment it crosses the line.
What vendors get
Wrapped around your booth.
If you're running rigs at Sim Gaming Expo 2026, here's the surface area GridMagik gives you — booking page through post-event CSV, all under your brand.
Branded event page
Your booth gets a public event page with your logo, images, and copy. QR cards and TV leaderboards pick up the same branding.
Per-rig QR cards
Each rig in your pool gets its own printable QR that routes straight to its booking page. No signage guesswork.
Ops console
A live booking schedule with check-in, no-show flags, and rig reassignment. One laptop behind the booth runs the whole day.
Rig-agent on every PC
Lightweight .NET worker on each rig. Reads iRacing telemetry, auto-submits laps, and reports heartbeat to the admin view.
Event + all-time boards
Your booth board ranks drivers on your rigs. The event board ranks across the expo. Both visible on-site and on the web.
Post-event export
After the show, you get every booking, session, and lap as a CSV — driver details, car, lap times, incidents, time on rig.
